Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs and duties imposed by the US customs. Customers are solely responsible for paying all duties and customs fees. All orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship to all Canadian provinces via Canada Post.
Orders shipped via Canada Post standard shipping take between 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Not in love? Returns are easy. We accept online purchase returns in store at our Orfus road location or you can mail them back to us.
Within 30 days of your order date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment on items purchased at full price. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Any items purchased with a discount code of 15% or more are only eligible for a store credit unless otherwise specified. We are not able to offer exchanges for any online orders, online or in store. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item and repurchase a new item online or in store.
