Shipping & Delivery

At Wyrth, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.

Express shipping is currently unavailable. 

Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and the items in your order. The shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs and duties imposed by the US customs. Customers are solely responsible for paying all duties and customs fees. All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders from the USA. All sales are FINAL. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

Due to quick turn-around time of our orders, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.  

All orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship to all Canadian provinces via Canada Post.

Orders shipped via Canada Post standard shipping take between 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Store Pickup - Free

We offer free local pick up at our Toronto store. Simply select the 'Store Pickup' option on the checkout page. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. You can ask any WYRTH team member for your order and you must present a valid ID together with the order number. 

Orders must be picked up within 15 days of being notified. Orders not picked up within 15 days will be automatically refunded and canceled.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. box addresses.

Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered beyond points. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Canada Post will attempt to deliver your package once. If no one is home your package will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post location (the location will be indicated on the Canada Post Delivery Notice Card).

You are responsible for picking up the package from the Canada Post location. Canada Post will hold items for 15 days before returning them to the sender. Government issued ID and proof of address will be required at your Canada Post location.

For any items that are undeliverable or Returned to Sender due to addressing errors, or packages that are Returned to Sender because they are refused at point of delivery or not picked up from their Canada Post location within fifteen business days, we will provide a refund less shipping fees. All shipping fees, including any additional return shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. A restocking fee may also be charged, at the discretion of Wyrth.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your community mailbox, with property managers, or apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Wyrth does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact Canada Post to discuss the issue and file a claim with them directly.

As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been processed!

Damaged Items

We package all items with as much care as possible to ensure items don’t arrive broken but sometimes damages do occur to fragile items during shipment. If this occurs, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a picture of the damaged items as well as how the box arrived and we will provide you with a store credit!
