Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy
Not in love? Returns are easy. We accept online purchase returns in store at our Orfus road location or you can mail them back to us.
Within 30 days of your order date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment on items purchased at full price. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Any items purchased with a discount code of 15% or more are only eligible for a store credit unless otherwise specified. We are not able to offer exchanges for any online orders, online or in store. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item and repurchase a new item online or in store.
Due to quick turn-around time of our orders, we cannot modify, cancel or apply coupon codes once an order has been placed.
Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. If this occurs, you will be refunded for the out-of-stock item(s) to the original method of payment.
Please note: Any items that have been marked down or any seasonal items are considered FINAL SALE.
In Store Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.
Within 15 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your item for a store credit on a gift card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Please note: Any items that are (a) holiday items or (b) have been marked down are considered FINAL SALE.
Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges:
Items must not be used, washed, or damaged.
All original tags and price stickers must be attached.
All original packaging must be undamaged, unopened and in saleable condition.
You must present a valid receipt.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a store credit back onto a gift card.
Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you mail them back to us. If you return items purchased via PayPal in store, we’ll exchange them or issue you a store credit.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Follow the 5 steps below to complete an online return for an online purchase.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. If you chose to return an item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Print a return form here: Return Form
Fill out all fields on the return form.
Package your merchandise and place the return form and original invoice inside the package. Return products in original packaging, when possible, or any other box of your choice.
Drop the package off at your nearest post office.

Once the return package has been received and is processed by our distribution centre, you will receive a confirmation email which will include details of your refund. We recommend having your package sent off within 15 days of your order date to ensure we receive it before the 30 day cut off.
