How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Do I need to register online before placing an order?

No, you do not need to register before placing an order, you can simply proceed with a guest checkout and register later!

How can I change the details of my account?

Simply visit your Account, click 'View Address' and then 'edit' to change your account information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to quick turn-around time of our orders, we cannot modify, cancel or apply coupon codes once an order has been placed. 

An item arrived damaged. How do I proceed?

We package all items with as much care as possible to ensure items don’t arrive broken but sometimes damages do occur to fragile items during shipment. If this occurs, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a picture of the damaged items as well as how the box arrived and we will provide you with a store credit!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Visa-Debit, Mastercard-Debit and PayPal.

There is an error in the shipping address I provided. How do I change it?

Please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order so we can modify your shipping information.

I haven't received my package yet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 2 business days from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact Canada Post directly to investigate further.

GIFT CARDS

Can I redeem my in-store issued gift card online?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept in-store issued gift card redemption for online orders. We accept online issued e-gift cards for online purchases.

Sunday: 11am – 6pm
